1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Huahang Logistics. "Client" refers to any person or entity using our services. "Services" refers to freight forwarding, customs brokerage, logistics, and related services provided by the Company.

2. Services

The Company provides international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services subject to these terms. All services are provided in accordance with applicable international trade laws and carrier terms.

3. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quoted rates are subject to change based on fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or changes in carrier tariffs outside our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. The Company reserves the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due.

5. Liability

The Company's liability is limited to the terms set forth in the applicable bill of lading, air waybill, or governing transport convention. The Company is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including weather, customs holds, or force majeure.

6. Insurance

Cargo insurance is not automatically included. Clients are advised to obtain adequate cargo insurance. The Company can arrange insurance upon written request at additional cost.

7. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims for non-delivery must be reported within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
